The hurdles to create thrive conditions for all children and young people today are BIG.
Actually, huge and daunting to all of us. 

But we also know that CRISIS & BIG CHALLENGES are what spark humans to take

We know this is SCARY for many of us.

So we are here to guide communities and leaders of all sectors across the state to engage in this process in a safe, fun, and effective way for all involved.

In a K-20+ lifelong learning ecosystem, each person progresses toward mastery of their personal goals and career aspirations at their own pace and plan - doing and designing progressively more challenging projects to demonstrate their growth.

Thriving organizations have clear focus on serving thriving PEOPLE, PLACES, and/or ECONOMIC ECOSYSTEMS.

This is essential Mission and Outcome that we are proposing for the Right to Thrive Resolution: 

to empower Nevada state and community leaders, youth, and residents across the state to co-design and co-create the OPPORTUNITIES and AGENCY for  THRIVING of all young people, individuals, and organizations - universally.

To develop Self-Preneurs who thrive universally, we need to build a Thrive Ecosystem of Nevada comprised of 5 integrated inititatives. These address all aspects of human, organization, and community development to ensure AGENCY and abundant OPPORTUNITIES for every young person, community member, and organization to THRIVE across our great state!

WHAT WILL IT TAKE?
COLLABORATING VILLAGES!

We know that big changes will take big thinking and whole-hearted feeling. It will take organizations, communities, regions, and states to think beyond their operating and budgeting silos. It will take a shift from competition for scarce resources to collaborative, creative SHARING of RESOURCES - exchanging good ideas, people, and technologies -  to ensure that EVERY young person can realize their birthright - their RIGHT TO THRIVE to their unique PURPOSE and contribution to a more thriving world.

We are here to CHANNEL the people's passions and desire for change into a RIGHT to THRIVE RESOLUTION; a call by youth and citizens of Nevada to demand that our legislators, state leaders, and Governor Lombardo put aside their differences and excuses and commit to RE-SOLVE these challenges.

Passing the Right to Thrive Resolution will support NEVADA to become a world showcase for SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY & STATE THRIVE ECOSYSTEMS in which youth and citizens develop themselves and their communities to full potential - happily making everyone's dreams come true!

HOw TO BUILD IT:

STEP 1:  We must agree on the VISION & GOAL of transformative change - including all dimensions of growth and development  - of individuals and organizations - that includes empowering thriving
- Physical bodies, communities, and environments
- Emotional & social collaborating around passions  
- Imaginal visioning, dreaming, and new story telling
- Mental re-design of whole, integrated ecosystems
- Unleashing agency to self-organize to develop individual & community universal thriving.

STEP 2: We seek Nevada Legislators to codify these commitments in 2025 Session so we can take bold actions and investments to create the Thrive Ecosystem for universal thriving as soon as possible: 
1 - EMPOWER YOUTH AGENCY
2 - COLLABORATE to care as whole, fourishing communities
3 - ENVISION the FUTURE we all want to live in
4 - DESIGN & BUILD self-developing & sustainable THRIVE ECOSYSTEMS 
5 - CREATE ABUNDANT OPPORTUNITIES to thrive doing real-world, value-creating projects for communities, employers, and planet. 

1 - How to empower agency...

The Self-Preneur Playbook is in development to leverage the latest science and art of human self-development. 
With the design of Thrive World Hub and Portal and Thrive Town mini-society playgrounds, youth of all ages will be able to explore and develop their interests and talents into passions and value contributions to society that are fulfilling and self-sustaining for life.   

2 - HOW TO build COLLABORATIVE COMMUNITY...

To bring together all the sectors and players in the Thrive Ecosystem of Nevada, we'll need to establish a THRIVE INSTITUTE to oversee the development of first Thrive Labs & Towns for Self-Preneur program development. We seek Institute founding members from all sectors and in all communities across Nevada. 
Since EIC has conducted first prototypes and pilots in Incline Village and Reno/Sparks, and UNR has established a campus at Tahoe that aligns with Thrive program develoment goals, we have begun conversations for development of Institute and first Thrive Town centers in these locations. 

3 - how to ENVISION the future...

 Key to successful Thrive Ecosystem devleopment is getting youth designers together with all the leaders of the community
​- government leads of state, region, city, town
- education and school leaders 
- economy developers; businesses, chambers, agencies, university centers, start-up groups, etc.
- charitable community developers; not-for-profits, NGOs, foundations, philanthropists. 
Together members will orchestrate R&D, innovation, and dissemination of all programs.  

We are calling this a TRINOMIC MODEL of development - ensuring all the parties are at the table of design - both GIVING and RECEIVING BENEFITs from the co-creative collaboration.

4 - To build the ECOSYSTEM PLATFORM...

The Thrive World portal is the enterprise platform for Thrive Ecosystem NV. It must reflect the state of the art AI and project collaboration tools for youth, community members, and employers to engage in and document growth from experietial learning opportunities:
- Self-Preneur Portfolio of plans, projects, & competencies
- Thrive Collaboratives hub for coaches and youth to engage in projects
- Thrive Town facilities to manage visitors doing projects and programs and network, and Thrive World virtual enterprise platform that empowers them all to thrive.

5 - To build OPPORTUNITIES &  sustainable ecosystem...

As we imagine how Thrive Towns in each community can become SELF-SUSTAINING, continuously innovating hubs for thriving Self, Society, and Planet, we propose that Nevada and each community with a Thrive Town establishes their THRIVE WEALTH FUND that serves to
- integrate public, private, and philanthropic resources to launch, grow, & disseminate services
-  invest in youth development & innovation projects and businesses that earn a living, make a profit
-  re-invest % of returns into quality improve & share

In the short time we have before NV Legislature meets in February to May 2025, we need you and all your friends and fellow Nevadans to help us pass the RIGHT TO THRIVE RESOLUTION to develop THRIVE ECOSYSTEM NV.
You can do this in 3 easy steps:

2 - TAKE THE SURVEY to share your endorsement and interest to participate in design & development in some way. 

3 - Join the THRIVE COMMUNITY HUB to start sharing your ideas.

On December 12, 2021, we hosted a HOLIDAY SHOWCASE open-house launch party for our inaugeral THRIVE LAB TAHOE at Incline Village on Southwood Blvd!  SEE FLYER HERE. 

On April 18 and May 1 we hosted additional open houses with an Escape Room theme to help kids and parents experience the studios and projects kids can engage in going forward.
