Phase 3: THRIVE World ecosystem
& institute

building regional, State, & national
metaversal network for universal thriving

EIC's ultimate vision is to empower every community everywhere to connect their communities locally and nationally in a world-leading metaversal ecosystem that is YOUTH-POWERED, whole community-engaged collaborative for personal, professional, and career development.

We believe Nevada is well-positioned to be the home base for universal thriving:

THE LEADER, GROUND 0, WORLD HUB for
Metaversal Learning and Innovation for UNIVERSAL THRIVING.

Nevada's education systems, governments, employers, and community organizations can all lead the way to collaboratively developing and demonstrating a HUMAN DEVELOPMENT ECOSYSTEM.

Initially Thrive Labs & Towns combined with Thrive World Portal platform can serve to SUPPLEMENT teens who are seeking exploratory projects as part of their middle and high school program. Over time, students, teachers, community and employer coaches, and school system leaders to design and develop their projects to support competency-building portfolios for academic subject knowledge, career skills, and most critically, personal capacities for life-long thriving through strong and integrated body, mind, imagination, heart, and soul.

Each of the five playgrounds is specially designed to nurture the self-awareness, skills, and competencies of our self-development that are essential to grow and mature to our fullest potential - to SELF-ACUALIZE (as Ervin Maslow identified as the top goal of human development in his widely acclaimed Hierarchy of Needs pyramid).

The Self-Preneur Game of Life is played by circling through all the playgrounds of personal development as Self-Preneurs climb the Mastery Mountain to Self-Mastery.
Developing challenges with community coaches - can be a role model and facilitator of the transformation of the whole system.  We believe that the "whole system" is the continuum of learning that integrates homes, education providers both physical and virtual, and workplaces - to empower the highest quality of learning opportunities for all citizens - from birth through career, retirement, and senior wisdom years.

Thrive World Portal is the VR and Web3 platform that will enable every community of youth, parents, employers, and educators to co-create Thrive Labs and Towns across their community.

Each local Thrive Lab
(smaller, inside existing schools, libraries, Discovery centers, Rec Centers, Boys & Girls Club) and regional Thrive Town (larger edu-tainment center to serve all ages and occupational pathways) would be designed, names, marketed, and operated BY YOUTH MEMBERS and their Advisory Team to serve the unique needs of community members in their area.

Each Thrive facility could have similar playgrounds and program offerings as the original Thrive Lab Tahoe or Thrive Town at Oddie District.  However, with true networking and leveraging of unique resources and needs of each community, each Lab may specialize in some areas. Collaborating on projects in-person and virtually through Thrive World Portal enables a greatly expanded set of project explorations and internships than any one school could offer - especially given the current shortage of qualified and willing STEM/STEAM and career technology teachers. And especially for rural communities.

As such projects are designed to be virtual and/or hybrid, and remote students could access (or acuire) specialized equipment in their community to do the project, then we will have realized the full value of the Thrive World Exosystem Network: learners living anywhere can collaborate with expert coaches living anywhere to experience the highest quality learning to develop to their unique potential.

the role of eic: BUILDING SHARED VISION & NURTURING collaborative DESIGN

EIC aims to serve as an inspiration and facilitator of visioning processes among youth and community members.  We'll take the experiences and learning we've been accruing the last five years and connect innovators together to share ideas, resources, programs, people, courses, project challenges, technologies, supplies, and funding.

Most vitally, we aim to support a single integrated continuum of capacities for self-mastery from PreK through lifelong learning statewide. This would be a HUMAN SELF-DEVELOPMENT framework enabled by technology and continuously adapting to meet the needs of evolving needs of being a citizen who develops to their full potential contribution and happiness in a universal learning-to-thrive ecosystem.

By sharing resources, virtually and physically, every student - no matter where they live or what their learning and economic needs are - will have access to the optimal learning experiences and coaches they need to reach their goals and their potential. This has the added benefit of strengthening the ties among communities, organizations, and institutions throughout the state.
